I spent some time with Liz in the tow paddock yesterday watching pilots practice. I think some of them need even more areo-tow practice! One pilot had a nasty low lock-out that sent the crowd running as he was headed nose down towards the ground, then zipping downwind towards us at head height, before swinging around into the wind for a reasonable landing. I just hope they do better on the comp days.
We have the parade of nations this evening and start the competition tomorrow.
