Bummer

I just found out that the contested day was dropped. Its hard to see a good day that I did well on lost, but that's life. :-(

Today looks like a nice flying day. Blue skies, light winds, but a low ceiling. Time to go fly. Yippee!

Keep the faith and keep flying well. Please tell everyone on the team to stay focused and fly hard and win a medal.

Hi Tom,
Just wanted to say how much we are enjoying tuning into your adventures every night... much better than the TV! Allen says you are having the time of your life, and I frankly am a bit worried, what with the grasshopper guts and all... But mostly you sound like you are having fun. Hang in there...

Thanks for the comments everyone.

We are trying hard, but our chances of winning a medal are fading. There is just no room for any errors at this level of flying.

I am having a good time. The "unpleasant" aspects just add the color and texture to the experience. They are more things to talk and complain about than any real discomfort or pain. Rest assured, if I am flying, I am having a good time!

No worries mate, its friggin hot here. Too bad we couldn't work out some sort of "heat exchange program". It is hot!
